Free Will Offering      Guest Speaker : Deacon Bob Williston   Bob completed a bachelor of arts with a major in philosophy in Winnipeg, and  graduated from Newman Theological College (Edmonton) with his master of  divinity degree in 1985. He was ordained to the permanent diaconate in  September 1999. He has composed and recorded numerous tapes and CD’s.

The Evangelizing Parish:

September 30-October 1, 2011 -The Evangelizing Parish: Vision, Passion, Practice – This formative event will break open the Church’s vision of evangelization. Through time of prayer, presentation, reflection and faith-sharing, participants will be drawn deeply into this vision and its implications for their own lives and the lives of their communities of faith. They will deepen their passion for Christ’s mission and their understanding. Participants would include all Parish leaders, Ordained, Lay, Paid, Volunteer, and all ministry coordinators ex: Liturgical, Educational, Social Outreach, etc. A downloadable brochure will be able available 6 months in advance and many webinars are able at www.naforum.org/new_site/

GOOD FRIDAY OUTDOOR WAY OF THE CROSS

A time of reflection and prayer on where Christ is being crucified today.
When: April 2, 2010
Time: 12:30 - 2:00 p.m.
Where: Downtown Prince Albert - beginning at City Hall and ending at the Cenotaph – the War Memorial by City Hall
Facilitators: Reflections and prayers will be led by members of the Christian community (Bishop Thévenot will be leading the 14th station).
